Using the service

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use AI Story Now. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the linked Content Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service provides

AI Story Now is an anonymous service that helps you turn an idea and selected story settings into an SFW story. The parent-facing Bedtime flow can also create one temporary cover image and offers fixed story adjustments and a reading view. No account is required. The service is free to try and is subject to request, daily-use, safety, availability, and cost-control limits.

Your inputs and responsibilities

Submit only content that you have the right to use. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential information, or unnecessary personal information about yourself or anyone else. If a child uses the service, a parent or guardian should supervise that use and avoid submitting the child's identifying information. The Bedtime flow is for a parent or caregiver to operate and supervise. Use a fictional character name and do not upload or submit a child's photo or likeness.

You are responsible for your story idea, your selected settings, and how you review, edit, publish, or otherwise use any result. By submitting an idea, you authorize AI Story Now and its service providers to process it only as needed to validate, protect, moderate, generate, and return the current result as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• request or create content prohibited by the Content Policy;
• automate abusive traffic, overwhelm the service, or evade Turnstile, rate limits, daily limits, budget controls, or other safeguards;
• interfere with, probe, exploit, or attack the site, its APIs, or its providers; or
• attempt to obtain private prompts, credentials, security rules, or internal provider details.

Inputs may be rejected and results may be withheld when they do not meet the Content Policy or when a safety service is unavailable. Safety systems can make mistakes; report concerns using the contact below.

AI-generated output

AI-generated story text and cover images can be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, inconsistent with each other, or similar to existing material. AI Story Now does not guarantee that a result is unique, original, copyrightable, non-infringing, suitable for publication, or fit for a particular use. Review and edit every result before publishing it, relying on it, or using it commercially.

A parent or caregiver must review each Bedtime story and cover before reading or showing it to a child. The Reading Mode feature is a text-only focused reading view. It does not generate voice or audio.

The service creates fictional stories and is not a source of legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Availability and limits

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI Story Now does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response time, or a particular story or level of quality. We may reject, limit, pause, change, or discontinue access to protect the service, enforce these terms, manage cost, perform maintenance, or respond to provider failures.

Stories and covers in the current anonymous result flow are temporary unless you explicitly save them to Story Studio on that browser and device. Local Story Studio data can be removed by clearing site data or by browser storage behavior and is not a cloud backup or synchronization service, so keep a separate copy of anything you are permitted to retain.

Third-party services

AI Story Now currently relies on Cloudflare for site delivery and security services and on OpenAI for story generation, moderation, and the Bedtime image path. Provider outages, limits, or policy changes may affect the service. Data processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you visit the site, generate a story, or submit predefined feedback. The current service does not require an account. Story Studio can keep explicitly saved story and cover history only in local browser storage on that device; it does not provide account-based or cloud history.

Rights and intellectual property

Submitting an idea does not by itself transfer ownership of that idea to AI Story Now. These terms also do not transfer anyone else's rights to you or guarantee that an AI-generated result qualifies for copyright or does not affect third-party rights. Rights in your own contributions and in any edited result depend on the facts and applicable law. Confirm that you have the permissions needed for any publication or commercial use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, providers, or policies change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the service.
